Born and raised in Oregon, Denny Osborn brings more than three decades of hands-on experience in housing and real estate to his clients. He began his career at 19 in residential construction, working his way up to foreman for a concrete company in the Eugene area—an early foundation that gave him a deep, practical understanding of how homes are built from the ground up.
After a successful career in the Willamette Valley, Denny and his wife made the move to Bend, drawn by the outdoor lifestyle, strong sense of community, and growing economy. Shortly after earning his real estate license in 2006, Denny partnered with his mother-in-law, a respected local broker with over 35 years of experience. Together, they hit the ground running—selling more than 200 homes in their first five years and building a reputation for results-driven, client-first service.
Today, Denny specializes in residential homes, farms, investment properties, land, and distressed properties throughout Central Oregon. His background in construction, combined with decades of market experience, allows him to guide clients with confidence, clarity, and strategic insight—whether they’re buying their first home, selling a longtime residence, or building a real estate portfolio.
Outside of real estate, Denny is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and family. He has also proudly contributed his time to Habitat for Humanity.
Known for his professionalism, patience, and commitment to doing things the right way, Denny takes pride in delivering an honest, no-pressure experience tailored to each client’s goals. When you work with Denny, you gain a trusted local expert who understands not just the Bend market—but the lifestyle that comes with it.
