One of the interesting things about real estate is that two homes can look very similar on paper and get completely different reactions from buyers.

They might have a similar square footage, number of bedrooms, age, and even be located in the same neighborhood. Yet one gets steady showings and an offer, while the other sits on the market.

Why?

Especially in a slower market, buyers tend to be more selective. They have more time to compare homes, notice differences, and decide whether a property really feels like a good value.
